This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests regarding our Fiber Optic and Data Cabling products, manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
