The 23-inch to 19-inch rack adapter set (2U) allows standard 19-inch rack mount equipment to be installed into legacy 23-inch racks and cabinets. These rack conversion brackets are commonly used in telecom facilities, central offices, broadcast racks, and industrial equipment enclosures where 23″ racks remain in service.
Manufactured in the USA from premium 16-gauge steel, these rack adapters are finished in a durable satin black powder coat to provide long-term durability in data center, telecom, and networking environments.
10-32 PEM nuts are inserted on one side of the adapters with EIA-spaced mounting slots. The PEM-nut to slot spacing dimension is 2.75″, ensuring proper alignment when adapting 23-inch rack spacing to standard 19-inch equipment.
Each pair of adapters is boxed and includes two types of EIA-style mounting hardware:

Maintenance Tip: Multiply the rack unit size (U) by 1.75 to determine rack height in inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Example: 5U × 1.75″ = 8.75″ ≈ 22.23 cm.
