Gruber Communications’ Neutrik TOP etherCON® → RJ45 cable assemblies are built to bridge ruggedized etherCON® infrastructure with standard RJ45-equipped gear. Using Extreme Ethernet Cat 6A cable with advanced shielding and a highly flexible construction, these assemblies deliver reliable, high-speed connectivity in the demanding environments of live events, broadcast facilities, touring rigs, and production studios.

Each assembly pairs USA-manufactured shielded Cat6A cable with genuine Neutrik TOP Series® etherCON® cable carriers (IP65 rated when mated) on the panel side and a standard shielded RJ45 plug on the device side. With a tough TPE jacket, excellent flex life, and PoE + 10G Cat6A performance up to 280 feet (8.2 mm version), these cables provide the signal integrity and mechanical reliability critical to modern AV and networked systems.

Series options – Standard, TOP, and TOP XL: In addition to the standard etherCON® build, these assemblies are also available with Neutrik’s outdoor-rated TOP and enhanced TOP XL hardware. Choose the series that best matches your environment and how often the cables are deployed.

• TOP (True Outdoor Protection) — Uses Neutrik etherCON® TOP connectors with UV-resistant materials and IP65 sealing (when properly mated), ideal for outdoor stages, architectural installs, and anywhere the cable may see rain, dust, or direct sunlight.
• TOP XL — Heavy-duty TOP variant that accommodates larger-diameter cable jackets and allows easy mating to both etherCON® jacks and standard RJ45 receptacles, perfect when your rig mixes ruggedized panels with IT-style network gear.
