Gruber Power operates a recently created cutting-edge Robotics depot dedicated to the design, assembly, and restoration of today’s most advanced robotic platforms.
For over 40 years, Gruber has operated as a dedicated cable assembly house—engineering and producing custom wiring harnesses and interconnects for specialty applications, including robotics, autonomous platforms, test fixtures, and low-volume/high-reliability builds.
Need a robotics harness fast? Send drawings or a sample and we’ll match spec, labeling, and test criteria with production-grade documentation.
Our Communication Products facility is staffed by certified mechatronics and controls engineers with deep expertise in mechanical systems, electronics, DC energy storage, and powertrains—honed over years of Tesla engineering and repair—plus AI-driven software development. We also design and build the internal connection systems for humanoid robots, including fiber-optic, copper, and power-delivery wiring harnesses, and we engineer and customize product precisely to your specifications.
Component-Level Diagnostics & Repair
From precision gearboxes and linear actuators to servo motor drivers and sensor arrays, we troubleshoot and repair subassemblies at the component level—never settling for simple module swaps.
Servo & Actuator Rebuilding
Bearings, seals, and windings degrade over time. We completely disassemble, refurbish, and recalibrate every actuator and sensor to OEM tolerances.
Battery & Power-System Reconditioning
Your robot’s energy pack is its heartbeat. We have been rebuilding and testing a variety of Li-ion and LiFePO₄ battery modules and as globally recognized EV battery experts, are poised to do the same for Robot power plants.
Control-System Firmware & Software Updates
Our software team loads and validates a variety of EV firmware, and is applying the same processes to tuning motion profiles, and performing system-level integration tests.
Multi-Bay Service Stalls capable of handling collaborative arms, mobile platforms, drones, and our decade of Tesla engineering prepares us for autonomous guided robots.
The Tesla cars were our first exposure to EV mobility which we are now applying to humanoid Robots.
Advanced Test Equipment including dynamic load banks, EMI/EMC chambers, thermal cycling ovens, and precision metrology tools are all being repurposed to include robotics.
