The 23-inch to 19-inch rack adapter set (4U) allows standard 19-inch rack mount equipment to be installed into legacy 23-inch racks or cabinets. These rack conversion brackets are widely used in telecom facilities, central offices, broadcast racks, and industrial equipment enclosures where 23″ rack infrastructure remains in operation.
Manufactured in the USA from premium 16-gauge steel, these rack adapters feature a durable satin-black powder-coated finish designed for long service life in data centers, telecom rooms, and network installations.
10-32 PEM nuts are installed on one side of the adapters with EIA-spaced mounting slots. The PEM-nut to slot spacing dimension is 2.75″, ensuring proper alignment when converting 23-inch rack rails to standard 19-inch equipment mounting.
Each pair of adapters is boxed and includes two types of EIA-style mounting hardware:
