For California Residents Only: California Proposition 65 Warning
WARNING: Some products may contain chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposure to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more than 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.

Gruber Communications’ Neutrik TOP XL etherCON® → RJ45 cable assemblies are designed for professional
video, lighting, and data applications where you need a ruggedized connection on one end and a standard RJ45 plug
on the other. Built around Extreme Ethernet Cat 6A cable with advanced shielding and highly flexible
construction, these assemblies deliver robust, high-speed connectivity in the demanding environments of live events,
broadcast facilities, touring rigs, and production studios.
This product page is dedicated to the Neutrik TOP XL etherCON® to RJ45 configuration — ruggedized on the
equipment side for stage boxes, racks, and outdoor panels, with a standard RJ45 plug for direct connection into
switches, routers, and patch fields. If you need a fully ruggedized cable on both ends, see our separate
TOP XL etherCON® ↔ etherCON® cable.
Each assembly pairs USA-manufactured shielded Cat6A cable with a genuine
Neutrik TOP XL Series® etherCON® cable carrier (IP65 rated when mated) on one end and a high-quality RJ45 plug
on the other. With a tough TPE jacket, excellent flex life, and PoE + 10G Cat6A performance up to 280 feet
(8.2 mm version), Gruber’s etherCON® TOP XL cables provide the signal integrity and mechanical reliability needed
to bridge rugged field connectivity to standard network hardware.
