The 23-inch to 19-inch rack adapter set (3U) allows standard 19-inch rack mount equipment to be installed in legacy 23-inch racks or cabinets. These rack conversion brackets are widely used in telecom facilities, central offices, broadcast racks, and industrial equipment enclosures where 23″ infrastructure remains in service.
Manufactured in the USA from premium 16-gauge steel, these adapters are finished with a durable satin-black powder coating to ensure long-term durability in demanding data center and telecom environments.
10-32 PEM nuts are inserted on one side of the adapters with EIA-spaced mounting slots. The PEM-nut to slot spacing dimension is 2.75″, ensuring proper alignment when converting 23-inch rack rails to standard 19-inch equipment mounting.
Each pair of adapters is boxed and includes two types of EIA-style mounting hardware:
