Gruber Industries Incorporated is committed to providing quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, via our return policy you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions
  • Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Authorization required: All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Defective products: If a product is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
